Fees

Please contact us to find out about our fees. Our fees vary depending consultation times and the level of complexity of your condition.

Medicare

You may be eligible for Medicare subsidy if you have an “Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan” or “care plan” from your GP. Those with a diagnosed chronic health condition (being overweight, having diabetes, heart disease etc.) are eligible for a care plan, which includes 5 Medicare-subsidised sessions for all allied health professionals (which includes dietitians and exercise physiologist) every calendar year. The 5 visits are shared across all allied health professionals. If you have already used up your 5 visits this year, Medicare will not provide a rebate even if you have the visits remaining on your EPC paperwork. Please contact your GP/care plan nurse for more information about this. Please note that Medicare will not accept a generic GP referral.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance with extras cover for dietetics/exercise physiology, you may be able to claim a rebate for your appointments. Please note the amount covered will vary depending on your private health provider and your level of cover – please contact your health provider for more information about this.

DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs)

All DVA Gold Card patients will be able to see us with no out of pocket fee, as long as you have a DVA referral from your GP. DVA White Card holders must provide documentation to show that DVA will cover the cost of appointments. Failure to provide documentation, or if DVA reject our payment, will result in you needing to cover the cost of your appointment.

Work Cover

If you have had a workplace related incident resulting in you requiring dietitian and/or exercise physiology advice, we would love to help! You must provide documentation to show that Work Cover will cover the cost of your appointments. Failure to provide documentation, or if Work Cover reject our payment, will result in you needing to cover the cost of your appointment. Please contact us for further information.

NDIS (National Disability Intervention Scheme)

We accept plan-managed NDIS clients only. A service agreement needs to be organised prior to commencing appointments. Please contact us prior to your appointment to organise this in advance. Failure to provide documentation, or if NDIS reject our payment, will result in you needing to cover the cost of your appointment.
